Date syrup without added sugar

King Solomon Silan is a pure syrup made from fresh Medjool dates, with no added sugar. It gives waffles, pancakes and yoghurt a natural sweetness and goes wonderfully with fresh fruit, goat cheese or ice cream. It is also ideal as a marinade for meat or poultry and as a sugar substitute when baking and cooking. The practical squeeze bottle makes it particularly easy to use.
