RETURNS

The return policy at Israel Today is 30 days. If 30 or more days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges are possible.

To be eligible for a return:
Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging.
Initial Verification: Send a photo showing the product is unused.
Receipt Required: A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

You will get an email with instructions and a return label.
Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
Processing takes 3-5 days after the return is received at the Israel warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS

We generally cover standard return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
