Returns – Terms & Conditions
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. A return is only possible if:
- The item is completely unopened , unused and in its original sealed packaging .
- Photos or videos must be submitted to confirm that the item is fully sealed and new.
- The return has been approved in advance by our support team .
Products that have been opened, used or damaged, or whose packaging has been opened or unsealed, cannot be returned or exchanged .

After you contact us, you will receive detailed return instructions (and in some cases a return label).
Processing takes place within 3-5 working days after the return has been received in our warehouse
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which depend on the shipping costs of the respective country.
In exceptional cases – and solely at our discretion – we may cover return shipping costs. However, this must be agreed upon in writing with our support team beforehand.
Non-returnable products
- Opened, unsealed or partially used products
- Cosmetic and personal care products with opened packaging
- Food or dietary supplements (even if partially opened)
- Textiles that have been worn, washed, or returned without tags
- Products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please send the following photos:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Damaged or defective item
After review, we will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund .
Note: If the shipment arrives damaged, JLMBOX takes full responsibility – at no cost to you.
Refunds
A refund will only be issued after the item has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse.
The following will be refunded:
- The item price (product value)
The following are non-refundable:
- The original shipping costs (except for defective items)
- Return shipping costs (unless previously approved in writing)
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
Exchange policy
An exchange is only possible in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective
- Wrong size (only unopened and unused)
Exchanges within Germany
For orders over €60, we may, at our discretion, cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
International exchange
Costs vary depending on the country. Please contact us in advance for precise information.
Returns due to non-delivery / incorrect address / refusal of acceptance
If a package is returned to us because:
- An incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- The acceptance was refused.
- The package was not picked up in time.
- There is another reason that was not caused by JLMBOX.
Then the customer will bear the following costs:
- The original shipping costs
- The return shipping costs of the parcel service
- The cost of resending (if desired)
If the customer requests a refund instead, this will only be issued after deduction of all shipping costs and only for products that are unopened and in new condition.
Exception – damaged delivery
If the package arrives damaged , JLMBOX will of course take responsibility – at no cost to the customer. Processing will be carried out according to the section "Damaged or Defective Items".
Changes to the guidelines
JLMBOX reserves the right to update or change these guidelines at any time. The version in effect at the time of ordering is binding.
