Dalton - Estate Fumé Blanc

Dalton - Estate Fumé Blanc Dalton Fumé Blanc was made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes which were selectively hand picked. It matured in French oak barrels for 3-4 months.
This is a classic fumé style wine. It is light, with mild acidity and is combined with the fruity aroma of citrus and guava and a subtle, pleasant oak character. A great wine that goes well with many dishes, including grilled or baked fish.
