Rewards Program Guidelines

Welcome to our rewards program! We're excited to offer you a great way to earn rewards when you shop with us.
 Below you will find all the information on how to collect points and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.

  • How to collect points: For every euro you spend with us, you will receive 5 points.
  • Points: You can collect points for all purchases on our website,
  • Excluded are the purchase of gift cards, shipping costs and the like.
  • Points will be credited to your account once your order is completed.
  • Requirement: In order to collect and track points, you need a customer account on our website.
  • Before making any purchases, please make sure you are logged into your account to collect points.

Redeem points

  • Discounts for points: For every 50 points earned, you will receive a discount of 1
  • Euro, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
  • Redeem points: You can redeem your points directly at the checkout. You then have the option to use your points as a discount on your order. The discount applies to the total amount of the order, including taxes and shipping costs.
  • No Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value to redeem your points. You can use your points for any purchase, whether you shop a lot or a little.
  • No expiration: Your points do not expire. Collect points at your leisure and redeem them whenever you want.

Terms and Conditions

  • Non-transferable: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
  • No Cash Value: Points and Rewards have no cash value and cannot be converted into cash or credit except as described in the Rewards Program.
  • If an item is returned or canceled, a credit will be issued. If an item is returned, the points you received for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
  • Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without notice. Changes may affect your ability to redeem points you have already earned. If the program is discontinued, you will be notified and will then have 30 days to redeem your remaining points.
