Dalton - Canaan White

Dalton Canaan White is a cuvée of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and some nutmeg, the proportions of which change from year to year. The grapes for this wine are usually picked in September, after which they are aged in stainless steel vats.
Canaan White is an easy-drinking, semi-dry wine that has floral and fruity notes and well-balanced acidity. It is a good accompaniment to fish, seafood, chicken or pasta with cream sauce.
