Dalton - Canaan/Kna'an Red

Dalton Canaan Red is a cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah and a little Shiraz, the mixing ratio of which varies from year to year.

Canaan Red is an easy-drinking, medium-bodied red wine with notes of black pepper, cherries and plums, and a slight vanilla flavor. This wine wants to be drunk young. The Canaan Red is a good addition to pasta, pizza, poultry and mixed grill dishes. It is also an excellent party wine.

Recommended serving temperature: 16-18° Celsius, but can also be served slightly chilled
